Cancellation Policy

JT's Elite Auto Detailing – Terms & Conditions By booking with JT's Elite Auto Detailing , you agree to the following terms: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours may result in a $25 cancellation/no-show fee. Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and excessive trash from the vehicle before service. JTS Elite Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage including scratches, stains, paint chips, fading, worn interiors, odors, electrical issues, or mechanical problems. Some stains, pet hair, spills, mold, smoke odors, sand, and heavily neglected areas may not be fully removable. Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles or severe conditions. Detailing results vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle. While we strive to provide the highest quality results possible, perfection cannot always be guaranteed. Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service needs. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Weather conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if unrealistic expectations are present. JTS Elite Auto Detailing may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for marketing purposes. If you do not want your vehicle photographed, please notify us before service begins. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
