Cancellation Policy

JT’S ELITE AUTO DETAILING TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion. We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and online card payments. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $25 fee. If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or begin service, a $25 fee may apply. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for vehicle access. Vehicle Preparation: All personal belongings, valuables, and trash must be removed before service. JT’s Elite Auto Detailing is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. The vehicle must be unlocked and keys available upon arrival. Water & Electricity: Customers must provide access to a working water spigot and electrical outlet, along with a safe, legal, and accessible work area. Weather: As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, severe weather, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe working conditions. Generally, feels-like temperatures above 102°F or temperatures below 32°F may require rescheduling. Weather-related rescheduling by JT’s Elite Auto Detailing will not result in a customer fee. Vehicle Condition: Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy trash, excessive dirt/debris, mold, mildew, vomit, urine, feces, biohazards, or other severe contamination requiring additional labor. Results & Damage: Stain and odor removal is not guaranteed. Some stains, odors, discoloration, or imperfections may be permanent. JT’s Elite Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, deterioration, defective components, aftermarket modifications, or previously damaged/repaired materials. Pricing: Final pricing may change if the vehicle’s condition or requested service differs substantially from what was described during booking. Customers will be informed before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible. Service Concerns & Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable. Legitimate service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we have an opportunity to correct the issue. Authorization: The person booking confirms they are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner to request the service. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
